It was raining again on Sunday but finally stopped in the afternoon so we went for a quick walk. We could see that the Kilbroney River, as it flows past our place, was really high and running rapidly so we walked the Fairy Glen to see what it looked like after so much rain.
Almost up to the top of the banks.
There were so many rapids and little water falls. And more bluebells.
Above you can see where the river empties into the Carlingford Loch. That stream to the left wasn't there before and when we walked by there a few days later it was gone.
Our little lane, full of potholes.
That's it for Sunday!
