Paris Pride Parade - 2106

The Gay Pride Parade of Paris is huge in attendance! I think that we have better costumes and floats in our Minneapolis Pride Parade but the attendance doesn't come near that of Paris. We were told that the attendance was actually half that of previous years because the police had made sure to cut back on how many people could attend because of fears of terrorism and because of what happened in Orlando, Florida. I don't know if that is true, what I do know is that for days leading up to the parade we saw lots of military men carrying machine guns and only letting certain cars go through some streets. The soccer games are here now also and security is tight because of that too.
